*) Student attendees are required to email a proof of student status to firstname.lastname@example.org. Accepted proofs of student status include: a scan or photo of student ID or scan of any university document confirming student status or a link to attendees home page at the university showing the student status.
The registration fees are listed in the table above in EUR. Payment is also required in EUR. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees. All bank charges must be paid by the participants. Payment is possible via bank transfer or via PayPal money transfer. After registration, you will receive an email with payment details.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email email@example.com no later than April 20th 2018 and are then subject to a 50 € handling charge for any refund. No refunds will be given after April 20th 2018. Substitutions can be made in lieu of cancellation. No reduction in fees is given for late arrival or early departure. A full refund is granted if the program is cancelled. This policy applies to all registrations.
