There are different ways to enter China. Nanjing Lukou Airport (NKG) connects cities in China and abroad. There are direct flights to major international hubs. Transfers via Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou are available everyday both by air and by rail. Domestic cities can be conveniently reached by high-speed train or by bus. Nanjing port is one of the largest along the Yangtze River. Seasonal cruise and ferry services are provided between Nanjing and cities like Shanghai, Wuhan, Yichang, and Chongqing.
Transportation to Nanjing

By Plane (Nanjing Lukou International Airport).
Direct flights to Nanjing are recommended. Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) is one of the transportation hubs in China and it serves direct flights to and from some international cities, including Singapore, Tokyo, Frankfurt am Main, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. Transfer via other larger airports in China, such as Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), can also be considered. If you choose these cities to land, you may also wish to consider high-speed trains to arrive in Nanjing.
By high-speed rail(Nanjing South Railway Station).
Nanjing is a railway hub with two main train stations: Nanjing Railway Station and Nanjing South Railway Station.There are high-speed trains at both stations. High-speed trains frequently connect Nanjing with other cities in China.
By Train(Nanjing Railway Station).
Nanjing Railway Station is also served as an important terminal for trains with different classes, such as overnight trains with sleeping berths.
Transportation to conference venue

2. By taxi
- The most convenient way to reach the conference vennue is to take a taxi. It may cost around ¥20, ¥50 and ¥90 to reach Marriott Nanjing South Hotel from Nanjing South Railway Station, Nanjing Railway Station and Nanjing Lukou International Airport, with 15, 30, and 35 minutes, respectively.
The official name for the currency of China is Renminbi (RMB). It is denominated into Yuan (¥). Foreign currency can be exchanged into RMB at airport, in banks and hotels. Major credit cards are honored at most hotels. Banks usually open at 9AM and close at 5PM throughout working days.
