Five keynote presentations will be delivered by world-class experts and a variety of presentations and panels will feature internationally renowned researchers. The conference will also support junior researchers by offering a dedicated student track and a doctoral consortium.

Roman Slowiński, Poznan University of Technology, Poland                                         

His particular interest is focused on: addressing robustness issues in decision analysis; ordinal data mining; preference learning; rough set theory; fuzzy set theory; multiobjective optimization.

Roman Słowiński is a full member of Poland Academy of Sciences, a member of the Academia Europaea, the professor of Poznan University of Technology, the head of the Laboratory of Intelligent Decision Support System in Poznan University of Technology. Professor Slowiński is Editor-in-Chief of European Journal of Operational Research since 2007, and received the Scientific Award of the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2016. As author or co-author, he has published 14 books and more than 400 articles, including 250 papers in major scientific journals. The total cites of Słowiński’s articles is more than 24661 times.   

William P. Bottom, Washington University in St. Louis, United States                                         

Bottom is actively engaged in consulting and executive education serving a range of clients in the areas of negotiation, team development, and organizational development.

William P. Bottom is a member of Academy of Management, American Psychological Society, International Association for Conflict Management, the Joyce and Howard Wood Distinguished Professor of Organizational Behavior, the senior associate dean and the director of the PhD Program at the Olin School, Washington University. Professor Bottom is the editorial review board member of Negotiation and Conflict, the editor of Organization Behavior and Human Decision Processes. He has been awarded the John F. Mee Award for Distinguished Contribution to Management History, the Marcile and James Reid Chair, and research grants from the Russell Sage Foundation and the National Science Foundation.   

Jian Chen, Tsinghua University, China                                         

Chen is actively engaged in supply chain management, E-Commerce, business intelligence and decision, system optimization and prediction techniques, etc.

Jian Chen is a fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE), the Yangtse River Scholar, the professor and dean of Department of Mangement and Engineering, Tsinghua University, the director of Research Center for Contemporary Management (RCCM), Tsinghua University. Professor Chen is the editor or editorial board member of more than 6 international academic journals. He has been awarded IBM Academy Awards, Young Science & Technology Award of China and hosted more than 20 National Natural Science Fundation and programs. As author or co-author, he has published more than 140 articles in some domestic and international top journals.
